Initially designed to meet the changing needs of Prime Contractors to outsource at a Project or Programme level the service now extends to enterprises of all sizes that either have a policy or capacity requirement to outsource a particular project or service.

Wessex Managed Solutions aims to be the conduit from the client to a multi-vendor, multi discipline supply chain delivering value on time and in full with total stakeholder satisfaction. Alternatively the service can be adapted to operate within clients own premises either by facilities or process management or via a TUPE transfer and operating independently of the clients business or through a Joint Venture.

Our project teams are equally comfortable to deliver a "One Stop Shop Solution" or as part of an integrated project team under clients or clients nominated control.
